On Friday and Saturday nights, City Place comes alive with great food, live music, and a warm, vibrant atmosphere - the perfect setting to gather, unwind, and enjoy a night out with friends.

Built around a simple, high-quality menu and an exciting wine and cocktail selection. Enjoy prime cuts of grass-fed fillet and ribeye, expertly grilled to your liking, alongside corn-fed free-range chicken roasted to perfection, grilled fish, prawns, and classic burgers. 

All dishes are served with a choice of rich sauces and gravies, with plenty of delicious vegan options available too.

Friday Jazz Nights

We love a bit of Friday Jazz to end the week. Come down for live jazz musicians every friday, with new artists each week - evenings at City Place have become a staple for Wanstead.

Weather it's date night, an anniversary, birthday celebration, catch-up with friends, or simply a deserved night out (when is it not?), we're here for you.

Saturday Live Music

and now, we're excited to be opening the stage to new genres on a Saturday Night! From Soul and Pop, Singer Guitarists and vocal powerhouses. There really is something for everyone.
